Established in 2024, UEA’s Women In Finance Society (WIF) strives to ​establish a supportive, and collaborative community for its members. ​We are dedicated to empowering university students with the skills, ​knowledge, and opportunities needed to pursue successful careers in ​finance. Our mission is to foster confidence and provide support, ​guidance, and a strong professional and social network, particularly for ​women. Through a variety of events, including talks, panel discussions, ​and workshops, we aim to create a collaborative community that equips ​our members with the insights and skills necessary to thrive in the world ​of finance.

Dear UEA Women In Finance Society Members,

I am delighted to welcome you to what promises to be an exciting term for the UEA Women In Finance Society. Our ​goal is to provide valuable insights into the finance industry and offer guidance on how to build successful careers ​through our speaker series. We are committed to equipping our members with the necessary tools to thrive in the ​finance sector, and we will continue to expand our careers and development program.

We are dedicated to organising numerous events to benefit our members and hopefully collaborate with various firms ​in the financial sector over the course of the year. If you are interested in working with students and/or recruitment ​at UEA, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
